An sich angedacht zu meinem 30 Jahre Wien Jubiläum als Zeichen meiner Zuneigung zu dieser großartigen Stadt, dann geplant als 50 Jahre Kim Okura Anniversary Werkserie — entlasse ich das beste Stück mit einer Erstauflage von 9 Skulpturen heute am 10.12.2024 in die Welt als das was es ist und in der Hoffnung, dass seine Magie das ihre tut. – Und +1 nachgereicht und fertiggestellt im Feber 2025. Den Pink Healer, den Primus inter pares, Schnucki “Numero Uno”, den erste Guss mit verschlossener Bodenplatte, überzogen mit Pink und Silber.
Originally conceived for my 30-year Vienna anniversary as a token of my affection for this magnificent city, later planned as part of my 50 Years of Kim Okura anniversary series — today, on December 10, 2024, I release this timeless symbol into the world with a first edition of 9 sculptures, as what it truly is, and in the hope that its magic will work its wonders.
To celebrate the day, I’m wearing »L’eau À la Rose« from Maison Francis Kurkdjian — I think it’s the perfect fit.
This timeless symbol of joy, love and peace took me years to realize, I am glad its finally done. A big thank you to David and Ziggy for the support. ;)
